We are currently seeking a Spa Therapist to join our team!
Job Title: Spa Therapist Reports to: Spa Manager Responsibilities include developing top-notch service for clients/guests.
The Spa Therapist will greet guests, provide information on spa services/products, perform various treatments, maintain cleanliness, recommend treatments, manage appointments, charge for services, and promote products for an enhanced guest experience.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience as a Spa Therapist, NVQ/CIDESCO/CIBTAC/ITEC/OND/HND/VTCT/CityGuilds qualifications, and a diploma in Beauty and Spa Therapy.
Must have professional-level English/Spanish, with other languages a plus.
Detail-oriented, ability to multitask, efficient in luxury environments, exceptional customer service, great communication/computer skills, team player, weekend availability.
