They are looking for an experienced and energetic SDR Team Leader to build the SDR team and ensure that the team is hitting its goals, while also contributing to the development and execution of sales strategies. Tasks Have a comprehensive understanding of the company's offerings and identify potential clients.
Qualify leads to high levels of precision and schedule demos for their Account Executive team.
Collect and maintain prospect information in the CRM database.
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 6-8 SDRs in your region to achieve sales goals.
Manage team performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members, by conducting 1:1's and group trainings to ensure attainment of KPI's.
Create, monitor and analyze metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Assist with drafting sales pitches, presentations, reference material, social media outreach, and other documents as required.
Requirements Native level of Polish and fluent level of English.
2-3 years of experience working as a Senior SDR, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience in managing SDR team's performance closely, including coaching, training and strategy development.
Experience working both inbound and outbound channels.
Experience with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and reporting/analytics tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Lusha, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Vidyard, Loom).
Experience in SaaS and selling to Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education sector is a big plus.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team and lead training sessions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Self-starter and motivated to learn and grow as a sales leader.
