Work remotely and quickly develop into an account executive for our German and English customers. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) who is eager to contribute to our growth. We offer an attractive salary.
We want someone who aligns with our growth plans. No closing attitude is required, but if you can close deals, that would be a plus. It is more about the structured communication that we need.
Team Structure: We're in a growth phase. We hired Vincenzo, our Head of Sales, and will now build the team, starting with you.
Working Hours: Flexible. You decide when to work, just coordinate it with your colleagues.
Working Culture: We value efficiency, autonomy, and strong self-management.
Place of Work: Remote. Travel only for company get-togethers, and we will cover the costs.
Equipment: We provide everything you need to succeed.
Company: Around 13 employees by the end of the year. Adstrong is a profitable privately owned company. Ingmar, the founder, is a serial founder who is pragmatic and fast.
Politics: None. Decisions are made within 24 hours, and we prefer to think and decide for ourselves.
Technology: We use HubSpot for Sales and Marketing. Every process is digitized, ensuring no chaos or paperwork.
Personal Development: Vince is a highly professional expert in sales and will ensure that you develop as quickly as possible into an account executive, if you would like.
Your Qualifications: Hands-on: You are solution-oriented and love finding opportunities to automate processes.Previous Roles: Sales Development Representative or Business Development Representative.Experience: One year or more.Language Skills: German (C1) is required; proficiency in English (C1) is also necessary, and French is a big plus.Communication: You communicate transparently and empathetically.Technical Understanding: Familiarity with CRM software; experience with HubSpot would be a plus.Education: You have successfully completed vocational training or a bachelor's degree.Your Tasks: Daily Work: Provide administrative support, qualify leads, and assist Vince with documentation.Outbound: Engage in cold calling and cold emailing.Inbound: Handle pre-qualification by phone and coordinate meetings.Social Selling: Prospect and manage sequences on LinkedIn.Customer Contact: Build and maintain relationships through calls and written communication.Process Building: Support Vince in developing new processes and ideas.About Us: g-good GmbH with the adstrong.com brand is on a mission to help brands, agencies, and Amazon sellers realize their sales potential through Google Shopping.
