In this role, you will develop a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. ResponsibilitiesAs a Junior Brand Manager, your task package will include:
Define the brand's unique value proposition and positioning within the competitive toy market;Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns of the brand, adjusting strategies as needed for maximum impact;Manage brand messaging and communication across all channels, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand image;Define and manage with the Marketing Manager the brand's marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve brand objectives;Coordinate with outside agencies and vendors as needed for marketing campaigns and creative projects;Work together with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, production, and retail partners, to ensure the success of the brand;Generate periodic reports on the performance of the brand, incorporating sales numbers and key performance indicators (KPIs).Requirements2-3 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the toy industry;Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred);Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends in the toy industry;Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills;Proficiency in data analysis and marketing analytics tools;Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.The OfferA salary indication between 2500 - 2800 gross per month based on 40 hours per week depending on your knowledge and experience.
