We have more than 135 sales branches and more than 35 production centers around the world, in addition to strategically distributed logistics hubs that support our production and distribution centers.Our team is comprised of more than 7,000 employees motivated and skilled employees from over 45 countries.Mission:Guide and support cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality digital products and solutions, fostering an agile work environment, and ensuring efficient collaboration and continuous improvement to meet project goals.Your responsibilities:Lead the Agile processes (Scrum and Kanban) of the different projectsFacilitate the required ceremonies, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, refinement and planningRemove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impedimentsResolve conflicts and issues that occur within the teamPromote a continuous improvement mindset and collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met, coordinating with other Scrum Masters to ensure consistency across the teams.Work closely with the Product Owners to build and maintain backlogs that are clear and prioritizedLead the scrum and development teams in self-organizationProvide updates on status/progress and anticipate risksTo succeed in this role, you'll need a positive attitude and the following:At least 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum MasterMotivated about "IoT and Digital solutions"Experience in the field of Software development is a mustUse of project management toolsSome international exposure required (study and/or work abroad, work experience dealing with international counterparts)Certified Scrum Master and/or Kanban PractitionerFluent in EnglishAt Fluidra, we are committed to both the professional and personal development of our employees.
