Scientific Affairs Sr Manager R-853

- Initiate and drive advisory boards, including identifying KOLs, budget, and event logistics.
- Analyze scientific literature and provide insights for market trends and objection handling.
- Gather, summarize, and make recommendations on key market trends for product management and R&D.
- Participate and represent the company in scientific committees.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing among different groups.
- Develop global medical and scientific collaborations.
- Drive advocacy through scientific congresses and evidence dissemination.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in life science, preferably microbiology, business, or related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Equivalent work experience in industry preferred; MBA is also desirable.
- Strong experience in commercial, technical sales marketing, product management, sales, and/or lab operations.
- Experience working with regulatory bodies.
- Experience with new product launches and working with commercial organizations.
- Experienced in working in a highly matrixed global organization.
