We are currently looking for a Scheduling Success Coordinator to join our team and support our clients and engineers in Barcelona!

As a Scheduling Coordinator you will act as the first point of contact and deliver high standard customer satisfaction in a demanding work environment. The successful candidate will manage high volume phone calls and emails, while working to agreed service levels and have the ability to analyze and resolve issues and multi-task at the same time. Liaise with internal and external customers and understand their needs, response to contractual times and resolve any occurring issues will also be a part of the day-to-day tasks.

Your objectives will be: Effective scheduling and optimization of Agilent Field System Engineers and Alternate Service Partner's for installation, repair, and maintenance services, for instruments at customer sites Optimally manage communications with the customer and internal team members Prioritization of customer onsite response times, in alignment with customer expectations and Agilent measures Build strong relationship with our internal business partners to strengthen our ability to deliver a superior customer experience. Business partners include Customer Service Organization, Global Customer Field Solutions, Instrument Sales, Contract Sales & the Business Center Proactively manage resource shortages, in cooperation with the Service Business Manager Qualifications Spanish/English language proficiency required. Experience working in customer service, administration, or project management Strong planning and organizational skills, and high attention to detailed Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment Proactive attitude and an ability to generate ideas Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on being able to provide effective and timely communications What we offer: Agilent offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, as well as core global benefits to all staff - but in addition to these, the Spanish business offers:
