We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator for the French market in the Natural Specialty Business Unit (NSBU), working in the headquarters based in L. SAI Programs has been curating transformative study abroad experiences for American university students in Italy since 1995. SAI is seeking to fill the position of Assistant Program Coordinators in Barcelona. This is a full-time position that requires some evening and weekend work and availability to assist students with emergencies after-hours.

Staff member must be available to accompany students to doctor appointments, police station, and elsewhere as requiredRotates as emergency contact 24/7 while programs are in session: when in charge of the emergency phone, staff member must be able to respond to emergencies 24/7 and easily get to BarcelonaExecutes SAI Disciplinary Procedures when requiredAssists as needed with programming budgeting and reconciliation according to SAI Accounting ProceduresCommunicates with parents/students before, during, and after the semester according to SAI's Communication PolicyServes as office receptionist and first point of contactManages the general email account for the Barcelona officeManages office, including managing office supply inventory, office classroom rental, etc.Assists with housing as requiredAssists with the permit to stay processSupports Program Director and Program/Housing Coordinator as neededOther duties as assignedOffice hours: Monday to Thursday, 10:00am to 6:30pm, Friday 10:00am to 5:00pm. Position open until filled.
Contract length: Temporary positions (6 months)
