Sap Systems And Operations Specialist (F/M/D)

Workload: 100%We are seeking an SAP Systems and Operations Specialist to join our growing IT team in Madrid.
As part of Axpo's IT department, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our SAP environment, focusing on system upgrades, monitoring, and process improvements.What you will do:Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP system processes.Utilize SAP Cloud ALM to improve system monitoring and tracking capabilities.Plan and oversee system upgrades, patch management, and technical updates.Lead post-mortem reviews for high-priority issues and implement improvements.Collaborate with IT teams to ensure alignment in system activities and upgrades.Continuously seek opportunities to improve system performance and efficiency.What you bring & who you are:7+ years of experience in SAP technical areas, including system monitoring and documentation.Strong knowledge of SAP Basis, SAP Cloud ALM, ECC, S4HC, and Solution Manager.Experience with system upgrades, patching, and post-mortem analysis.Proactive, with a focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement.Fluent in English; German and/or Spanish are a plus.
