Description: Your RoleWe are looking for a SAP Logistics and Planning Consultant Business Partner for the IT Operations team, who will report to the Operations ITBP and copilot with Supply Chain managers to manage and improve the supply chain processes in the most automatic and reliable way. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing processes through technological solutions, ensuring the smooth integration of systems, and acting as a change agent to drive supply chain excellence.What will you do?Collaborate with supply chain teams to identify areas for improvement and implement technology-driven solutions.Manage Operations IT providers together with Operation key users.Build Operations IT infrastructure together with the IT team.Support and enhance SAP ECC and EWM Operations processes.Ensure seamless integration of specific supply chain applications, such as IBP, Vendor Portal, and Nutrition Research Center.Collaborate in the development and implementation of supply chain IT infrastructure, managing and developing the support team to provide an excellence service.Oversee the collection and analysis of supply chain data to inform decision-making, implementing tools for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply chain efficiency using data-driven insights.Act as a liaison between the IT department and supply chain, translating operational needs into technological requirements.What are we looking for?Degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar.Proven experience of at least 5 years as an IT professional with solid experience in operations processes, including demand and supply planning, operations traceability, and control.Communication skills to present findings to stakeholders.Team player with a results-oriented mindset.Proficiency in SAP (ECC, IBP, EWM, PI).Nice to know about SQL and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).Fluent in Spanish & English.What do we offer?Hybrid working model.Flexible working hours.Affinity University platform: Professional development opportunities to employees at different stages of their careers, acknowledging diverse career paths.Pet-friendly office.Celebrations & Fun.We cultivate an inclusive culture that celebrates diversity.
