Hays Services is collaborating with a global innovator and supplier of low-carbon and alternative-fuelled powertrains.
We are looking for a SAP S4/HANA Supply Chain Team Lead who will be responsible for working closely with key business stakeholders related to the supply chain, located across geographically distributed sites. They will be responsible for the design and execution of the S/4HANA components under the Supply Chain business processes, following the working principles agreed with HORSE Business Process Owners (BPOs) and the System Integrator (SI), under the supervision of the S4/HANA HORSE Program Director. They will also define, when applicable, the integration approach between S/4HANA Finance and non-SAP applications.
Functions: Provide S4 functional and technical expertise in the Supply Chain area.Report status and progress of activities and, in coordination with the SI Team Lead, identify and manage risks and issues.Participate in the design, build, test, and deployment of S4 functionality, working closely with BPOs and the SI Finance Team.Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and ensure business processes adhere to SAP Best Practices.Document and manage necessary WRICEFs and translate SAP requirements into HORSE/Renault business language and vice versa.Contribute to and validate project deliverables produced by the SI team, ensuring they meet agreed quality standards.Facilitate data cleansing and migration activities, as well as interface management.Lead testing activities and defect management during UAT with key business users.Support business users during the training period and collaborate on planning and executing technical/functional Cutover activities.Contribute to post-Go-live stabilization and ensure the transition to application maintenance.Act as the SME and main point of contact for Supply Chain BPOs and business users.Propose process and/or system improvements, investigate and resolve issues, and maintain operational interfaces while seeking continuous improvement. Requirements: English is the program language (oral & written), Spanish is a plus.Strong experience in designing and delivering SAP transformation projects in Supply Chain.Strong SAP Supply Chain capabilities and knowledge to work with 3rd parties on executing an SAP roadmap: blueprint definition, functional specification and module(s) configuration (WRICEF), design and configuration S4/H tenant, CI/CD (OT), data migration (LSMW), SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP Business Connector, SAP PI/PO, User Administration.Strong experience working in complex multi-country, multi-cultural environments.
