Your jobSupport of our customers' SAP systems. Active support of SAP users (1st/2nd/3rd level) with the help of the ticket system solutions used: error analysis & development of solution strategies. Creation of user documentation if required.Monitoring, optimization, configuration, and further development of the existing SAP system landscape (ERP /Solution Manager).Support of S/4 HANA data database, estimation of performance etc.Installation, maintenance and administration of SAP systems.Ensuring availability as well as monitoring and surveillance of the system landscapes.Operation of SAP systems in cloud solutions.Advising customers in the project environment.What makes you the perfect candidateTechnical studies related to software engineering or Bachelor / Master.5 years experience in similar positions.In-depth know-how in the SAP Basis core areas (monitoring, performance, transportation, SAP infrastructure).Basic knowledge of operating systems, databases, and networks.Certification will be advantageous but not mandatory.Good level of English B2-C1.We valueHigh team orientation.Technical documentation capabilities.Be accustomed to working on complex applications.Focus on high test coverage.Open-minded to new technologies.Good analytical thinking.Positive and goal-oriented thinking.Ability to work even without detailed specifications.Your benefitsInternational environment.
