Sap Abap Manager Needed...

Our client is a leading Professional Services Organization. They require an SAP ABAP Manager. Please note that up to 30% travel may be required. This is a Permanent position, NOT a contract.Key Responsibilities:Manage small to mid-size development teams of 2-10 developers.Engage in SAP ABAP or Netweaver XI Development, along with custom development experience such as JAVA or .Net.Support pre-sales and perform development estimates.Provide post-implementation support.Develop project estimates and work plans.Complete tasks within budget and timelines.Follow development processes, standards, and guidelines.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree with additional business certification is highly preferred.Experience working with remote teams.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle multiple clients and multiple tasks with confidence.Experience in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and writing technical specifications from functional design specifications.Knowledge or experience with CMM is beneficial. NetWeaver XI and/or SAP ABAP certification is a plus.Experience with middleware tools such as Microsoft Biztalk, Mercator, and WMQ.Experience in SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, PS is beneficial.Experience with other programming languages, such as C, C++, Java, XML, HTML, and UNIX Shell.#J-18808-Ljbffr
