Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administration: Administer and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including advanced features of Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio.
Technical Implementation: Lead the technical implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including setting up data models, data extensions, and API integrations with other systems.
Campaign Automation: Design, develop, and manage complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns using Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and custom scripting (AMPscript).
Data Integration: Oversee the integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with CRM systems, data warehouses, and third-party applications using APIs, data connectors, and ETL tools.
Security and Compliance: Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in all marketing activities.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce Marketing Cloud issues, including debugging AMPscript, and API calls.
Training and Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation and provide training to team members on Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and best practices.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including technical implementation and advanced feature utilization.
Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Email Specialist, Consultant, Developer) are highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration and configuration.
Strong experience with AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL for custom scripting and automation.
Deep understanding of API integrations, data models, and data management within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Knowledge of data security, privacy regulations, and compliance requirements.
Experience with ETL tools and data integration methods.
Experience with other Salesforce platforms such as Sales or Service Cloud.
Familiarity with marketing automation best practices and customer journey mapping.
Experience with data analytics tools and creating custom reports and dashboards.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
