Serve as hands-on advisors, using strong interpersonal skills, solution and technical knowledge, Salesforce platform knowledge, HLS industry experience, and consulting experience to deliver ROI.

Main responsibilities: Collaborate with Product and technical teams to create prototypes and proofs of concept to define requirements.Support Salesforce CG Cloud design and architecture, review solutions, recommend improvements, and own the design of Salesforce CG stream.Work with the release manager, approve configuration and coded items for deployment between environments.Provide guidance on user story writing style, ensure success criteria are defined, and maintain functional documentation.Collaborate with cross-CoE teams to ensure alignment and integration of new features within Salesforce solutions.About you Experience: At least 5 years' experience in a leading role delivering Salesforce projects. Excellent communication skills. Minimum Salesforce certifications required. Really good to have: System Architect, Application Architect.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: A pro-active personality with excellent relationship-building skills.Ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences, lead projects, and demonstrate concepts visually and in writing.Strategic approach to solution design, ability to coach and direct work tasks to a team of Salesforce professionals.Why choose us?
