Key Responsibilities: As a Salesforce CRM Consultant, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to clients in the implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions.
You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide customized solutions that align with their goals.
As a Salesforce CRM Consultant, you will be expected to perform a variety of tasks to ensure successful project delivery.
What you will do: Conduct discovery sessions with clients to identify business requirements and develop solutionsDevelop and implement Salesforce solutions that meet client needsDesign Salesforce applications with knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning componentsProvide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionalityParticipate in project planning and management activitiesWork together with our Sales team on pitches and pre-sales activitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery Who you are: A problem solver who can think creatively to develop solutions that meet client needsA domain expert with a deep understanding of Salesforce and its capabilitiesA strong communicator who can effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersA team player who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsA self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of projects What you need: The basics
3+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting or developmentSalesforce certifications (e.g.
Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Developer)Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration possibilitiesExperience with briefing Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components to Salesforce DevelopersExperience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBonus points
