Job Description Manage users, profiles, permissions, workflows, validation rules, among other aspects of Salesforce configuration to customize and adapt the platform according to business needs. Provide user support in resolving Salesforce-related issues. In coordination with the technical team, define best practices and usage standards for the tool, as well as their monitoring. Work in coordination with the rest of the Omega team and/or the client to contribute to the fulfillment of project objectives. Analyze and improve application performance. Collaborate with technology providers when required by the project. Contribute to the validation of the solution against functional requirements. Comply with the agreed software quality standards set by Omega's Technical Management. Generate functional documentation for completed projects. Collaborate within Omega's community of practice by sharing knowledge. Required Experience Minimum of 2 years work experience with Salesforce administration, configuration and consulting roles. Experience in Salesforce Sales and Marketing clouds. Experience with Agile methodology.
