We help 260,000 doctors and clinics focus on treating patients and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
We also run a service that allows 80 million patients monthly to easily find the right doctor, and we currently have 19 million bookings per month coming online or through our software.
Our global team of 2,700 across offices in Warsaw, Istanbul, Rome, Barcelona, Mexico City, Bogotá, Curitiba, Rio, and Munich and Berlin make this happen.
We're funded by some leading VCs - Goldman Sachs, One Peak Partners, Point Nine and Target Global - and so far we have raised over €450m.
Currently, we're on around €180m ARR (60% yoy growth) and are going to reach profitability in the first half of 2024!
Role Overview As a Team Lead in our vibrant Spanish team and reporting to the Sales Director, you will perform a multi-faceted leadership role that involves managing a strong sales force of 5 sales professionals.
Your primary mission is to develop and execute a strong outbound sales strategy that increases our presence in the clinical healthcare market, managing the entire sales cycle from pipeline management to deal closure, and elevate team performance through effective coaching and process optimisation.
How Will You Impact Our Mission: Team Management and Leadership Manage an outbound sales team, working in alignment with company objectives and with the mission of meeting their targets.
Actively participate in the recruitment, onboarding and retention of talented sales people with proven SAAS outbound sales experience.
Develop, implement and deliver structured and effective coaching programmes and initiatives that train and develop outbound sales skills for the team.
Oversee the activity of the team, ensuring a consistent pipeline of orders and sales opportunities.
Strategic Sales Execution Manage and be aware of all developments in daily sales operations.
Review key performance indicators in a clear manner that allows for performance evaluation and improvement of strategies.
Ensure smooth and effective sales processes and CRM management.
Business Development Adopt our growth mindset, looking for new opportunities to improve outbound sales techniques.
Collect, analyse and communicate sales KPIs to manager to determine success and areas requiring attention.
Ensure compliance with prospecting and productivity metrics of team members.
Actively collaborate with other departments (marketing, cs, Sales Operations) for continuous improvement of processes.
What Will Help You Thrive?
Professional Experience and Expertise 3+ years of Outbound sales leadership experience in high growth SaaS/Marketplace with SMB market focus.
Demonstrated experience to successfully scale an outbound sales team.
Proficiency in using OKRs to focus on results.
Strategic and Analytical Skills Strong analytical thinking: base decisions on numbers and provide input for continuous improvement.
Action skills: practical and detail-oriented.
Processes and CRM: obsession with maintaining strong CRM discipline.
Leadership and Interpersonal Skills Inspirational leadership qualities with the ability to drive behaviour within the team.
Experience in recruitment and onboarding as the ultimate decision maker.
Ability to inspire confidence and create a fun working environment.
Qualities and Attitudes: Highly motivated and results-focused, with a good eye for detail.
