Tasks
To plan, execute and track the entire sales cycle between us and students.
Understand and evaluate the needs for every lead, and provide a dedicated support that leads them to their ideal housing options.
Omnichannel communication: attend national and international users via phone, email, or chat.
Give end-to-end operational and technical support to every booking: from the first inbound call, until the day of check-in.
Always looking for demanded destinations in which to increase our presence. Find new opportunities in emerging markets.
Continuous assessment, analysis, and thorough reporting on the performance of your department, with detailed results and creative solutions.
Requirements
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
Previous experience dealing with sales cycles and managing sales-related daily operations.
Advanced Spanish and English proficiency (written and spoken).
Superb time-management and organizational skills.
Business sense and an analytical profile. You are always one step ahead of the market.
To be a tech-savvy person with strong IT skills. Experience with CRM software and Excel is a must.
Creative self-starter and autonomous personality that can work effectively solutions and results.
Ambition and a high level of energy, but you are also a good team player.
