Position: Sales Support Intern Location: Barcelona, Spain Industry: Sport/Fashion/Retail Type: Full-Time, On-site (4 days in the office, 1 day remote) Job Description: We are looking for a Sales Support Intern to join our team.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the sports/fashion industry, working closely with our experienced sales professionals.
The successful candidate will assist our sales team with a variety of tasks, including maintaining reports, conducting market research, and managing customer and sales relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update sales reports and databases to track sales performance and client information, drawing actionable conclusions.
Help manage and update the B2B tool, ensuring product information and images are accurate and aligned with responsible departments.
Support the team in managing customer relationships and communication, including responding to inquiries and providing product information.
Assist with order processing and tracking to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research and analysis to support sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure seamless workflow and project execution.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes and customer service.
Support in the preparation and execution of brand readiness activities, ensuring that all necessary materials and information are in place for brand launches and promotions.
Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks     Qualifications: Recently completed a degree or master's in Business, Engineering, or a related field with a strong focus on numerical data.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Familiarity with a B2B tools is a plus.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English and Spanish).
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Passion for the sport and fashion industries and eagerness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
