As a Sales & Supply Chain Administration Coordinator, you will be involved in the entire order and shipping process of our client.
You will be in touch with customers from all over Europe and will help them to have an excellent experience.
TasksYour responsibilities and impact working as Sales & Supply Chain Administration Coordinator:
Assisting and advising customers with Order and Purchasing related topicsManaging the administration of all ordersOverseeing and monitoring the stock allocation, and shipment planning and coordinatingCommunicating with shipping agents, forwarders, and vendorsMaintaining the Ordering Management System and the Enterprise Resource Planning solutionsMonitoring suppliers' delivery scheduleIdentifying and Managing problems to ensure a successful conclusion for the customerRequirementsSkills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
