We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a German-speaking ISR for their Valencia office.

Position: Inside Sales Representative Location: Valencia, Spain Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute and achieve sales quota and targets Focus on new customers and reactivate lapsed customers Prospect new clients by building and following sales cadences Identify and qualify prospects in targeted companies Focus on driving profitability and customer growth Outbound calls to find new business and book meetings for Specialists and Account Managers Ability to ask the right questions to identify customer needs Demonstrate advanced sales skills to break through in making contact with new prospects, profiling, cross-selling, and up-selling, eventually closing on the phone Create an ongoing funnel Track, manage, and report ongoing activity related to the sales pipeline Review level of client satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow-up on potential business Timely response and resolution of incoming customer calls regarding customer inquiries and requests. Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound REQUIREMENTS: Advanced level of English and German. Strong communication skills Solid sales background (outbound environment) Achievement and goal-oriented. Good computer skills 1 year previous experience in Sales B2B Previous experience working with channel is a plus Motivated and self-starter Follow the security rules of the company BENEFITS: Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance Full-time contract Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 5.30 pm Great office location in Valencia.
