ICS Iberica is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative (m/f/d) to join our team in Spain.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing new business opportunities, and supporting our strategic objectives in the region (Cataluña area).
In this role, you will be responsible for driving product development, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our inorganic product portfolio. That means in detail:
Development and actively promotion of our range of inorganic products and methanol, driving sales and market presence for HELM Iberica.Planning, managing, and reporting on the annual budget, including tracking all revisions and adjustments as needed.Collaboration with the Head of Sales to execute and follow up on the commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.Serve as a technical advisor to customers, providing expert guidance on product applications and specifications.Analyzing customer portfolios and planning individualized sales strategies to meet targets and maximize revenue.Proactively researching and exploring new markets, identifying potential areas for expansion.Your profile: Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in sales and product development of inorganic products, preferably in the chemical or industrial sector.Background as a chemical engineer or a comparable degree.Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with a focus on customer needs and market trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to advise customers and collaborate across teams.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and markets.Every day, each one of us contributes to HELM's success with competence, the highest expertise, and unique service.
