Key Responsibilities Maintaining market share and customer satisfaction of our existing customers within the assigned territory/customersCreate new sales opportunitiesSupport the organization of local events for education, referral program (Ambassador), targeting new stakeholders and NCSMake constant reporting on sales evolution and budget to RSM through Business ReviewImplement strategy at local level in coordination with RSM, BDM and PMVisit periodically the Customers and map Customers stakeholdersProactively contribute to the sales and growth requested by Stryker for a specific areaConstantly report to the entire organization (marketing and sales) about project assignmentsParticipate actively in the STAFF meetingKnow the individual customer's value driversProvide customers with ongoing advice and consultation, helping them to avoid potential land minesCustomer care for physicians, surgical/theatre staff and hospital administration with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented consultationMarketing programs implementation.
Promotions, presentations, launching.Organizing and conducting training, surgical/theatre participation, view surgeries and workshopsCoordination of the distribution and logistics of the product (Conditionals, Deposits, Kits)Controlling all the resources and materials of his related sales area.
Optimization of the resources.Regular reporting to Regional Sales Manager on the evolution of the sales and investments, relevant information from the marketplace and adaptation to the circumstances of the market.Interface between the external end users/suppliers and internal staff (Customer service, Tender & pricing, Logistics, inventory)Constantly monitoring the situation of pending orders of product already implantedChallenge the status quo (comfortable challenging customers and decision makers)Solution provider & Natural NetworkerAble and willing to transition customers to a new Sales ForceAble to develop relationships with multiple and different stakeholders in the AccountsWilling to cover a large territoryPromoting and disseminating the culture of compliance (compliance with regulations and ethical behaviour).Fulfill the quality policy and comply with company's standard operating procedures with particular attention to the Vigilance onesMinimum Qualifications: Degree in Engineering, Administration, Sales or Marketing or related experience in a medical, scientific field or technical careerFrom 4 years of experience in a Sales or Marketing role in the Medical devices industry and solid knowledge of the healthcare systemMinimum 3 years of experience dealing with different hospitals' stakeholders (including Surgeons, Nursery, Technical services, Procurement, …)Preferred: Experience in the Trauma, Spine or Orthopedic sector is strongly preferredExperience in selling capital equipment will be idealNative Spanish speaker with advanced level of EnglishExperience in a multinational company will be idealAdvanced competences with Microsoft Office and SalesforceJob details Territory: Province of Alicante, Murcia and AlbaceteBase location: the candidate needs to be based in Alicante or MurciaWork type: 100% fieldPresence in Operating Room: 30-40%What We Offer: Flat hierarchies and responsibility.
