From Walters People, we are looking for a Sales Representative in Barcelona for a leading startup in the photonic sector.
Functions:Generate leads and prospect potential customers.Arrange client meetings to present company product/service.Negotiate to close deals and achieve new customers.Build customer loyalty and solve any issue or need (after-sales).Requirements:1 year experience in a Sales Position.Degree in Business Administration, Economics, photonics or similar.Fluent/native in English.Passion for sales and ambition to grow in a project in constant evolution.Management of office and knowledge about utilization of CRM.Availability to travel (20-40% of the time travelling to NY).Benefits:Remote-first working environment, ideally 1 office day with offices in Barcelona.The team philosophy is cooperative work between product developers, data analysts, designers, and the execution of the marketing strategy, where judgment and opinion of colleagues matter.Indefinite contract with 4 months trial.
