As a Sales Operations Specialist at Tupl, your focus will be on optimizing sales processes and strategies, where having experience selling software is a strong asset.
This position is located in Malaga.
Below are the basic job duties for you: Develop, implement, and optimize sales processes, ensuring alignment with Tupl's strategic objectives.
Manage and maintain CRM tools.
Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to improve sales team performance and forecasting accuracy.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to streamline workflows and enhance cross-functional communication.
Support the sales team in pipeline management, reporting, and goal tracking.
Develop and maintain documentation for sales operations processes and tools.
Qualifications: Bachelor's in business management, Analytics, Engineering, or similar.
At least 5 years of experience.
Analytical thinking, communication skills, reporting skills.
Advanced Level of English.
Experience with Zoho or similar CRM.
