Are you ready to embark on this journey with us? As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing the efficiency of our sales processes. You will support the sales team by developing and implementing streamlined processes, such as automation and CRM systems. Your role will also involve collaborating with other departments and upper management to align organizational goals and help the sales team achieve their objectives.
Key responsibilities: Develop, implement, and optimize sales processes for the team.
Research and analyze data to create accurate sales forecasts.
Collaborate with other departments and upper management to define business goals.
Recruit, hire, and train sales team members.
Identify customers and sales opportunities by analyzing data and consumer trends.
Create and manage automation tools to enhance sales efficiency.
Implement and manage CRM tools to maximize customer relationships.
Fuel for your success in the role We are looking for an organized, structured, proactive person that is ready to face challenges related to the operational-sales development of the business. We are looking for someone easy-going with leadership abilities that is willing to execute a wide range of assignments and is capable of delegating tasks to support the sales team and sales operations specialists.
Required skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of CRM Systems and sales enablement tools, and proficiency in Excel and/or PowerBi.
Project Management – excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Leadership abilities, with a proactive and easy-going attitude.
Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in the pharma sector.
Proficiency in Spanish and English (corporate languages); knowledge of Italian and/or Portuguese is a plus.
