Sales Operations Manager

We are seeking for a ;Sales Operations Manager ;Tasks;- Responsible for Administration Team; Order Processing, Services, ...- Oversee all operational tasks (warehouse, logistics, sales order processing, invoicing) including ongoing process-/operations controlling (dashboards, reports, etc.)- Cross-departmental collaboration with Service, Sales, Accounting and Management- Oversee and coordinate all sales projects (machines and upgrades)- Communicate with the HQ or other suppliers on daily basis regarding order status. Communicate with Sales Reps and Service coordinators- Organizing the international logistics- Managing payment collections- Organize trade show logistics and maintain demo stock- Software renewal billing- Invoicing services (Maintenances, repairs, service contracts…)Skills / Experience- Fluent English- Ability to understand and train complex business processes- Excellent task-/ time-/ and self-management- Experience in a similar role (Operations / Order processing of industrial goods / machines).- Experience as team leader is an asset#J-18808-Ljbffr
