Develop and implement a robust target-setting framework for the Account Management Team (AM) across 22 countries, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.Build a high-performing post-sales operations function. Bring operational excellence in forecasting and rigorous Account portfolio management, improve AM performance, optimize AM productivity, identify opportunities for growth, and lead data-driven decision-making.Ensure flawless execution of our global incentive plan. Define best practices, continuously improve processes, and ensure that all AM reps receive their compensation accurately and on time.Enhance AM Productivity and drive sales excellence.
