ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and strategic-minded Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. This role will work closely with our Sales Leaders, Finance Team, and cross-functional teams, playing a critical role in the enhancement of the operational efficiency within our pipeline, booking, forecast, and sales compensation processes. The ideal candidate has a strong background in finance and sales operations and is passionate about identifying and solving gaps in current processes, as well as developing and implementing new processes.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Produce sales reports and develop analytical insights, highlighting inefficiencies and solutions to current sales processes.
Develop sales forecasts, revenue reports, and pipeline analysis; present key findings on sales results vs sales targets, win rates, growth strategies, and pipeline growth details.
Identify operational risks and engage key decision makers to present potential issues and desired resolutions.
Validate data through data analysis and communicate impact data to leadership.
Manage sales compensation plans and booking processes by ensuring all methodologies, policies, procedures, and governance are followed.

Qualifications and Required Skills:

5+ years of finance, business management, and sales operations experience.
Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translating the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations.
Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent.
Experience with writing business strategy and health of the business documents.
Advanced in using Excel and other data modeling tools (SQL, Tableau, etc.), and experience developing key metrics and data visualization used to present key metrics to data to leadership and key decision makers.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITSThe annual base compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000 (USD) + bonus compensation. Actual compensation offered may vary based on qualifications & experience. In addition to cash compensation, SEIDOR North America offers a competitive benefit package which includes paid time-off, health insurance, dental insurance, short & long term disability insurance, life insurance, 401K matching, paid parental leave, and more.
