As a Sales Analyst, you'll be at the center of our SaaS sales operations, transforming data into actionable strategies that drive growth and innovation. You'll partner with sales leadership and other key stakeholders to uncover trends, optimize processes, and ensure CRM data accuracy.

In your day to day you will: Collaborate with Sales Leaders: Establish and/or maintain cadences around sales activity, pipeline generation, and forecasts.
Uncover Performance Insights: Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends, discover performance insights, and identify growth opportunities to shape our sales strategies.
Drive Process Improvements: Lead and contribute to projects focused on creating, automating, and simplifying business processes, streamlining operations, and enhancing efficiency.
Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Connect with other teams such as marketing, finance, and customer success to drive initiatives that enhance sales outcomes and align with our broader business objectives.
Analyze Sales Data: Examine sales data from various sources to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Monitor Performance: Create and share performance reports, dashboards, and key metrics like conversion rates and win rates to ensure we stay on track to achieve our goals.
What we're looking for: Experience: Approximately 3+ years in a sales operations or analytics role, ideally within a SaaS organization. You have a solid understanding of the SaaS business model and sales processes.
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, along with a strong understanding of Salesforce and other tools commonly used by sales teams. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
Analytical Mindset: You're confident working with data and can manage large datasets with ease, translating complex information into clear, actionable insights.
