Our team in Granollers currently has an opening for a Sales Manager Iberia.
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESProduct and Business Development:
· Identify and deliver new product and supplier opportunities within the overall segments and utilize customer and market potential to achieve growth.
· Support the sales growth of the product group.
· Provide product-market information to internal stakeholders & review product performance.
· Provide input for supply chain improvements.Leadership/Relationships:
· Develop strategic and operational relationships with key decision makers and influencers within the relevant supplier communities.
· Develop strong relationships with Brenntag internal colleagues and have the ability to manage and influence, without having direct authority.
· Lead an internal network for local product management who are focused on the product group to ensure delivery of the strategies.
Define and implement sales strategy and guidelines for Iberia Food;
· Set sales targets, budgets and allocate resources.
· Manage assigned internal and external AM teams.
· Cooperate with Business Development, Customer Service and PM/IMM and share best practices.
· Contribute to product development projects.YOUR PROFILEExperience:
Minimum 10 years of work experience in selling to large and complex, multi-country/regional company.
· Work experience in international settings.Knowledge:
· Master degree (e.g., Food technology, Ingenuity, Economics) or similar level of education.PERSONAL SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
Track-record of developing strong and influential business relationships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as cultural sensitivity.
High degree of analytical and conceptual thinking.
High level of self-motivation and the ability to create opportunities to generate business.
Ability to take ownership and meet deadlines.
Enthusiastic, determined and highly motivated.
Proven teamwork skills with demonstrated abilities to work collaboratively and influence where no formal hierarchical relationship exists (matrix structure);
