We strive to create integrated solutions with our hardware, software, material, and service platforms, bringing advanced technology into daily life.https://www.heygears.com/Sales ManagerWe are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team to drive 3D printer, materials, parts, and related service sales. The ideal candidate should have a background in engineering and a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation and creativity. You will research and convert new customers, develop long-term relationships with existing customers, liaise with our R&D team, and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced, dynamic sales position.We need you to:1. Drive sales of 3D printers, materials, parts, and related services to new and existing customers, by creating and managing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and executing on these opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.2. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by identifying and understanding customer needs, providing exceptional customer service, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.3. Identify and pursue new and valuable customer accounts by researching potential customers, qualifying leads, and executing on sales opportunities to convert them into paying customers.4. Work closely with our R&D team and Technical Support Engineers to ensure that customers receive exceptional service and support, including providing feedback to the R&D team on product improvements and collaborating with Technical Support Engineers to resolve customer issues.5. Represent HeyGears at marketing events and tradeshows to promote our products and services, including presenting our products and services to potential customers, answering questions, and gathering customer feedback.6. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals by creating and executing on a sales plan, tracking progress against targets, and making adjustments as needed to ensure that sales targets are achieved.7. Maintain and track sales stage status in our CRM system, including entering customer data, updating sales opportunities, and ensuring that all customer interactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.We would like you to have:1. Background in engineering and related fields is highly preferred.2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technology or dental industry.3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused mindset and ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.4. Strong team player who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Technical Support, Marketing, and Operations.5. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities and creatively solve customer challenges.6. Ability to travel domestically up to 50-80% of the time to attend customer meetings, events, and tradeshows.7. Knowledge of 3D printing, dental industry, and manufacturing processes is a huge plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
