Your Mission Should You Choose To Accept It As our Sales & Operations Intern, you'll be in charge of converting leads into bookings to ensure all our semester rooms are sold out for the new academic year. You'll experience a steep learning curve in sales and customer operations; whether you're giving a tour to a potential student or helping with online questions, you'll be at the forefront of it all. By being organized and efficient in your work, you'll create a seamless customer experience and maintain clear lines of communication with your team and potential students.

What You'll Do Conduct on and offline tours for potential clients Manage communication with partners across different channels Assist with offline sales and marketing actions Proactively follow up on leads Participate in Open House and City Activation activities Understand the needs of the market and provide insights Support semester reservations Optional: identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, manage CRM, check paperwork, and more!
