Boomi is searching for an experienced Sales/GTM Recruiter based in Barcelona, Spain. This will be a site-based role, you will be working from our office in Barcelona 3 days per week,
and 2 days can be from home.
What You Will DoAct as an advisor to Sales leadership with strong communication skills and a strategic mindset.Maintain data integrity within our ATS Greenhouse.Prioritize building diverse teams and ensuring a fair and equitable experience.Support the implementation of strategic recruitment initiatives.The Experience You Bring3+ years full-cycle recruiting experience within a Talent Acquisition Team.Experience and proven history of building and nurturing stakeholder relationships.Self-driven and skilled at operating with a sense of urgency.Superior negotiating and closing skills and navigating complex offers.Process orientation, self-organized and detail-oriented.Track record of sourcing and engaging Early In Career Sales Talent.Nice to HaveBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Experience with Greenhouse, Workday, HireEZ, LinkedIn Recruiter.Experience in a high-growth tech environment.Experience recruiting Sales positions, ideally within a SaaS organization.Fluent or native German skills would be 'the icing on the cake', but not essential!Payroll and benefits are provided through Globalization Partners; please ask your recruiter for more information.
