About the role:
A Sales Executive who dreams big and takes on challenges to maintain fast growth. Join our growing Sales team in Spain.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Set up meetings with potential clients.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Develop sales inquiries into quotations and drive to order receipt.
New business development within target market sectors.
Participate in trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
Manage existing customer accounts.
Significant domestic and international travel.
Identify and implement improvements to sales materials, processes, and practices.
Guide pre-sales activities through complex sales cycles, working with C-level executives, directors, managers, and technical leads.
Build a strong pipeline to support your top-line Sales target.
Leverage your expertise to develop clear sales strategies and identify opportunities.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Preferably fluent in Italian, Spanish, and English.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Hospitality Front Desk Operation is preferred.
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to manage cross-cultural relationships.
Highly autonomous, self-motivated, and able to operate with only strategic guidance.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, PermanentContract length: 24 months
Pay: 2,500.00€ - 3,500.00€ per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
