At Allot, you'll have the opportunity to develop professionally and personally in a dynamic environment with like-minded people who always go the extra mile to succeed.What we're looking for : A business partner for senior management, supporting them with financial data and analysis.Requirements What you'll do:Support the annual budget process and perform ongoing budget control.Prepare and analyze quarterly and annual forecasts including input from business leaders.Provide business leaders with ongoing financial reporting, main takeaways, and recommendations to support decision-making.Consolidation & analysis of company worldwide results compared to prior periods, budget, and forecast.Preparation of periodic reports, presentations, and ad hoc analysis for senior management.Lead the development of new reports and suggest process improvements to ensure the accuracy of critical information.Manage HC & Payroll analysis.What you should have:BA in Economics / Accounting; MBA an advantage.Between 3-4 years of similar experience in FP&A in a large global company.Experience in Oracle ERP system - an advantage.Fluent in English.Excellent analytical skills with good attention to detail, together with an ability to see the big picture.Strong communication skills (verbal & written) - specifically with senior management.Ability to work under tight schedules when necessary.#J-18808-Ljbffr
