Sales Director (Telecommunications Engineer) ValenciaARQUIMEA is a technology company operating globally, providing innovative solutions and products in highly demanding sectors.Our areas of activity include Aerospace, Defense Security, Big Science, Biotechnology, and Fintech.We are looking for a Sales Director with a background in Telecommunications and solid technical and sales experience in the radios and antennas sector.The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the commercial strategies of the company and establishing strong relationships with strategic customers such as Defense, European Space Agency (ESA), Airbus, and other key customers in the sector.Tasks to be performed:Design and implement commercial strategies for the development of new business opportunities.Maintain and strengthen business relationships with key clients, especially government institutions and technology companies of high relevance.Represent the company in meetings, fairs, and events related to aerospace, telecommunications, and defense.Work closely with engineering departments to ensure that products and services meet customers' technical requirements.Perform market analysis to identify trends and anticipate customer needs.Required skills, experience, and candidate profile:University Degree in Telecommunications, with a specialization in radio and antenna systems.Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial roles in the telecommunications, defense, and aerospace sector.
Previous work experience with customers such as Defense, ESA, or Airbus will be highly valued.Experience in radio frequency systems and antenna design.Knowledge of standards and regulations in telecommunications and defense.Leadership, strategic thinking, and results orientation.Proficient in English; other languages will be highly valued.The candidate must be eligible to work in the EU and must be able to travel to the US.We're looking for curious, creative, tenacious, and collaborative people who are eager to tackle challenges to contribute to improving the society in which we live.At ARQUIMEA, we value diversity and inclusion.
