We now look forward to hiring an ambitious, self-driven Business Region Director to lead European Sales in DataOps.
We work with MNOs that Elisa Polystar can help in organizing and analyzing data, automate the running of Network Operating Centres and monitor the networks.
The potential that we can bring for our clients is massive. The decisions to automate are not simple to make for an organization, but requires the company carefully assess the setup, investment and improved quality and decreasing running costs.
How Networks plan to manage their data management future is a key area Elisa Polystar can support. We need you to take a full charge of this engagement end-to-end with key stakeholders of the clients from VP level upwards.

Background: 7+ years of relevant direct sales or channel sales experience in Telco and / or major Enterprises addressing DataOps and related technology. Experience of network-related sales an advantage.Extensive consultative experience in developing business through the cloud and data journeys of major customers. Exposure to the following is necessary: sector knowledge of big data and associated storage environments (lakehouse, data warehousing, cloud etc.), ETL, BI, and AI/ML concepts and techniques.Extensive experience leading high-value RFX processes and negotiating large contracts.Experience leading virtual teams in customer engagements and leveraging different strands of the business to support customer processes.Ability to travel frequently.Fluent written and spoken English plus another European language preferred.For privacy policy in recruitments, check: www.elisapolystar.com/privacy-policy/
