We're looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help us expand in the UK market .

The role As an SDR at Velora , you'll be the first point of contact with potential clients in the UK , identifying their needs and understanding how we can help them.
Your mission will be to use prospecting strategies to analyze lead information and qualify them to move through the sales funnel.
You'll collaborate closely with the team to develop and execute strategies that maximize business opportunities, ensuring that our Account Executives (AEs) can close deals effectively.
You'll be learning continuously about our products and the HR industry to hone your sales skills and grow in a fast-paced environment.
You'll own your daily activities and be encouraged to propose new initiatives.
What you'll do Engage Leads: Use multi-touch and multichannel outreach (email, LinkedIn, video, and cold calling) to connect with prospects in the UK.
Qualify Opportunities: Qualify leads and book them for our AEs to close deals.
Generate DEMOs: Facilitate demos for AEs to help them close deals and contribute to company growth.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Outbound Lead Generation, Account Executives, and Marketing to boost our sales efforts.
Learn and Improve: Continuously enhance your product knowledge and sales skills in an ever-evolving market.
Who you are You have B2B SaaS sales experience.
You've worked in a startup environment.
Experience in HR tech is a plus.
Native level of English (C2/Native level) is required.
You have experience working with CRM tools, HubSpot knowledge is a bonus.
You're proactive, eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact.
