We are seeking highly motivated and experienced sales individuals to join our Spanish Solutions business as a Solution Sales Leader.
In this role, you will bring Insight's extensive Solutions portfolio to life for our clients, using your wealth of experience and expertise to exceed expectations and drive high levels of ROI and satisfaction.
This future-facing role is critical to Insight's growth, as you will drive revenue by providing and driving the adoption of complex and customized solutions to our clients.
The Solutions Sales Leader is responsible for driving profitable solutions revenue, leading client engagements working with the wider Insight organisation.
The Solutions Sales Leader will lead cross-functional teams to design, propose, and deliver solutions that meets or exceeds the client's business outcomes.
They will also collaborate with sales leaders, the wider sales team, partners, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination of sales strategies and governance activities.
What to expect: Reporting to the Director of Solutions and Delivery, you will oversee the Solution sales process for clients, from initial ideation to final implementation, while ensuring that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
To deliver the best outcomes for our clients, you will: Form a deep understanding of the client's existing technology roadmap and landscape, along with their industry, challenges, and opportunities.
Lead cross-functional teams to design, propose, and implement solutions that meet or exceed expectations through leveraging the latest technologies, and ultimately seamlessly integrating these into the clients environment.
Collaborate with leaders, the wider sales team, partners, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination of sales strategies, along with governance activities.
