Working in an international and multicultural environment, your main role as Sales Development Representative includes:
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
Contact potential clients also called leads through cold calls, emails, and other channels.
Effectively generate and manage a pipeline of leads from prospection to qualification to last touch.
Set up meetings between prospects and Sales (Account Executives, Partners) or Account Managers.
Report to the Business Development Managers on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.
Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
Always deliver the maximum level of customer satisfaction.
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients and colleagues.
What skills will make you perfect?
You will rock if you:
Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
Track record of achieving sales quotas.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo).
Understanding of sales performance metrics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to deliver engaging discussions and presentations.
