What You'll Do:Identify and connect with potential clients through comprehensive research and outreach.Run outbound campaigns via email, phone, and other strategic touchpoints.Present innovative travel management solutions to key stakeholders such as Office Managers, Travel Managers, and HR Directors.Collaborate closely with the Sales Executive team to enhance processes and exceed targets.What We're Looking For:Language Skills: Native fluency in Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Romanian, or Greek, with a strong command of English.Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role or a graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.Mindset: Driven, proactive, flexible, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Documentation: Required documentation to work in Spain (NIE, TIE, Spanish bank account, Social Security number).Preferred Experience:Background in SaaS Sales, Business Travel, or Start-ups is a plus!What's on Offer:Compensation: Base salary of 24K plus 10K OTE bonus.Career Growth: Clear opportunities for advancement within the company, rewarding your hard work and ambition.Multicultural Team: Be part of an international and collaborative environment.Work Flexibility: Hybrid setup with 3 office days and 2 remote days per week.Perks: From free coffee to celebratory beers, we believe in balancing hard work with a great atmosphere!Your Future Starts Here:Step into a role where your contributions truly matter, and your potential is nurtured.
