Tree-Nation is the largest reforestation platform that allows citizens and companies to plant trees all around the world and offset their CO2 emissions. We use technology to make tree planting easy. Tree-Nation invented the virtual tree, the online forest, and many other software tools in order to provide a unique technological solution aimed at shortening the distance between remote projects and their sponsors, between people and companies that want to plant trees and don't know how to, and expert planters around the world who can take care of that. About this position
This role is focused on acquiring new clients for our services, upselling to existing clients, and identifying prospects among churned clients. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent sales skills, and be adept at achieving KPIs related to client acquisition and revenue generation.
What you'll do: Acquire new clients for Tree-Nation's services through inbound and outbound sales strategies.Upsell cross-sell opportunities to existing clients, maximizing revenue per client.Identify and pursue prospects among churned clients, leveraging them as potential future clients.Focus on one-time sales rather than establishing long-term relationships with clients.Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales activities, progress against goals, and market trends.Achieve KPIs related to the number of paying clients and revenue per paying client.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives and customer needs. What you'll bring: Full professional fluency in English - any second language is a plus.Experience in B2B sales, preferably in a subscription-based or SaaS environment will be nice to have.Strong sales and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
