We are looking for A driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
Your role in BizAway Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other touchpoints.Research and prospect for new clients.Define Quarterly OKRs with the Sales Development Manager.Work together with the Country Sales Manager and the Account Executive to define target lists.Present our solution to a range of people (Office Managers, Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc.).Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.Your basic qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.Excellent level of English (Arabic is a big plus).Ideally, you are a fresh graduate in Economics, Management, Marketing, Tourism, or have relevant work experience (public oriented).Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and eager to learn something new every day.Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes.Organization: if an activity is not in our CRM, then it doesn't exist.Precision is key to achieving great results in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties.We are also interested in Previous experience in Sales and/or SAAS start-up is a big plus.Any other language is a plus.Our offer A seat in a scale-up with skyrocketing growth.
