We are looking for A driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.

Your role in BizAway Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other touchpointsResearch and prospect for new clientsDefine Quarterly OKRs with the Sales Development ManagerWork together with the Country Sales Manager and the Account Executive to define target listsPresent our solution to a range of people (Office Managers, Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc.)Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growthYour basic qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceExcellent level of English (Arabic is a big plus)Ideally, you are a fresh graduate in Economics, Management, Marketing, or Tourism, or you have relevant work experience (public-oriented)Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and eager to learn something new every dayProactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakesOrganization: if an activity is not in our CRM, then it doesn't existPrecision is key to having great results in a fast environmentFlexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certaintiesWe are also interested in Previous experience in Sales and/or SAAS start-up is a big plusAny other language is a plusOur offer A seat on a scale-up with skyrocketing growth
