What you'll be doing Proactively follow up and source potential cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base as well as position Giacom's value proposition to prospects, analysing usage patterns and partner needs.
Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with new and existing partners, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor on the Giacom portfolio of products.
Manage and update pipeline opportunities in the CRM, ensuring accurate and timely records of interactions and progress toward cross-sell targets.
Host online presentations and demonstrations on the breadth of our products and services.
Your Qualifications Proven sales experience, specifically in an outbound sales role.
Strong IT skills with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport easily.
Strong work ethic and target driven.
Keen to learn about the Channel industry with a real can-do attitude.
