Tasks:As a Cledara SDR you will:
Engage with prospects (C-suite/Finance leaders) and articulate the product in an effective mannerDeliver relevant content to prospectsEstablish trusting relationships with key stakeholdersGenerate and manage sales pipeline; maintain impeccable admin and update all activity in PipedriveLead efforts in building sustainable processes, and proceduresWork in conjunction with the Head of Sales to convert opportunities created into sales-qualified leadsEnsure a proactive approach to learningMaintain a positive mindset irrespective of any challenging situationsContinue to create opportunities for new businessRequirements:We are looking for:
A can-do, agile attitude is necessary to thrive in a start-up environment.The ability to articulate with strong written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated, proactive, flexible, curious, with evidence of overachievement.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence.Willingness to learn core technology tools.Good time-management and organizational skills.A passion for sales with at least a year of experience in sales or recruitment.Bachelor's degree or above (desirable).If you are a self-starter who thrives on autonomy, enjoys a rapid pace, and wants to make a real difference to the company, please get in touch.
