Job Description As a Sales Development Manager you will work closely with the Head of Sales to expand our customer base and achieve the company's sales objectives.
You will be focused on expanding our business volume through new clients, recovering partnerships and boosting existing relationships.
We need someone with sales DNA, with a technical but extroverted profile, who enjoys creating personal long-lasting relationships through mutual confidence, focused on objectives, but who does not lose the essence of the high-quality standard that characterizes Novalins.
Key Responsibilities Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as upselling to existing customers.
Introduce our company to potential new customers and expand the business to new markets with the aim of increasing the company's business volume.
Analyse and review the commercial activity and the customer database to identify and propose areas of improvement and detect new business opportunities.
Analyzing market trends and competitors' activities in our region.
Presenting each customer ´s needs to our operations and quality teams to determine how we can best align our solutions with their unique requirements.
Presenting personalized solutions and offers to customers and following up with these proposals in a timely manner.
Analyze campaign data through our tools and dashboards to decide which variations to optimize and which sequences are bringing the best results.
Preparing marketing materials that encapsulate the essence of our solutions and get businesses excited about working with us.
Coming up with your own ideas for generating new business opportunities.
Attending international healthcare trade shows and meeting with your customers.
Liaise with Management to review strategy for each hot lead and approve dossiers and responses.

Key Requirements Technical Profile: Valuable background in a technical field, though not necessarily in the translation industry.
Extraverted person: Able to build personal relationships.
Fearless of going out and find new clients and volumes wherever they are.
