Job Description The Department Assistant is responsible for providing full support to the European Commercial Sales team and acting as the administrative assistant to the Managing Director Europe.
Key Areas of Responsibility Management of expense reports for the regional sales teamPreparation of letters, sales materials, presentations, and other documents as requested by the sales team membersResponsibility for scheduling customer meetings and providing full meeting support including meeting set-up and arrangement, refreshment organization, and after-meeting coordinationManagement of Sales Force, Share-Point, and other applications used by the regional sales teamWork collaboratively and proactively with other team membersProviding travel management support including transportation and hotel bookingSupporting marketing and sales events in the regionGenerating reports and analysesSkills and Experience Strong administration skills and experienceStrong communication skills (written and verbal – English)Strong commitment to customer satisfactionAbility to work independently and within a teamA high level of initiative, integrity, and creativityPC skills including Microsoft OfficeDriving License BDrive for resultsRecruiting Company: Bell Textron Inc.
